Not called a Poem -2

There have been moments ..
When i thought you said some thing..
But you just called my name ..
and i heard it like a song..

when you called my name ..
It never felt so sweet ..
though i should say ..
you called it differently..

What is it that makes..
simple things like this ..
So hard to let go...

Not called a Poem.

To be at the side of you..
was what i asked for..
Not that it would be all that i wanted..

There is some comfort in hearing your voice..
though i would say ..
I want to hear only what i want to hear..

I am a regular girl ..i can say..
With all the regular thoughts of being in love..
or may be its just too big a word ..
To say that I am in love..

The comfort of being with you ..i can say..
Is not in seeing you ..
but in hearing you out..

god knows what is in store for us..
But you and me ...
as long as we are there ..
know for sure the comfort of hearing each other.

Like begets like

Before i start anything to write on this , i want to analyze myself on such a subject as love.Sounds simple but the notions and thoughts which pass are highly complex. For instance i just want to analyze makes me really go for a person, is it the looks , is it the securities he can give what ..exactly what pulls one person to another .

When i was 16-18 i read Gone with the wind and the fury of love and passion which passed between Scarlett and Rhett at that time kept on bowling me for ever and ever, even it drove me to the extent of buying a sequel to the novel , a VCD and all that. From then on i have been trying to analyze what is it that has drove me only to certain kind of people and not others . the famous dialogue which runs the book ' Like begets like ' kept running in my mind from then on till now ..
So people in love are they always like minded ?

Or is it like i always thought a destiny of souls , for some to come together , for some to want to come together , for some never to meet at all.........



What is it actually , a passion to see what we want to see through others eyes, a way of assuring ourselves, a reason of reproduction ( !!!) , a stubbornness of mind and thought ...or destiny itself..

I for myself could not help myself about the reason of why we want to fall in love again and again..maybe some one can help me..

Frankly i can no longer see or read gone with the wind now a days..
My heart breaks to see Rhett leaving her at the end..She might get him back but the death of Meleanie changes a lot ..and i cannot see the end like that.
